Yes you defiantly can use it! I would massage it into my scalp then put it on my hair, leave it over night and wash my hair with a gentle shampoo

If you have oil hair don't put it on your roots, just on the damage hair ( I am assuming the ends) then do braids. Personally I just leave it the oil treatment for a couple of hours. You might need to wash it twice if you don't like the feeling of greasy hair.

Ok thanks. I washed my hair but you couldn't get it all out until I washed my hair a lot. Hopefully results are good.

I am wondering if you have a product with the cocoanut oil in it or are talking about the supplement you get at the grocery store? If you have damaged hair and are wanting to repair and replenish its natural moisture and shine etc... Professional products are the way to go. Over the counter home remedies, although can be useful in masking some of what going on, don't actually fix anything. Why? Hair reconstruction starts at the cellular level and the molecules found in most home fixes are not small enough to penetrate into the right places. At best, you get an illusion of better hair that only lasts from one shampoo to the next.

Use dry shampoo on your scalp but massage the ends with oil.

I used pro-naturals hair repair system to bring my hair back to health but I continue to use their argan oil leave in treatment after every shampoo and their hair mask once a week.
