Dark Brown Hair Blonde Roots.

Okay so I have had dark brown hair for a few years now, I dye it. my hair is naturally a dark blonde. I want to eventually go lighter again but right now I don't have the money to go to a salon. my roots are growing out and it just looks horrible I don't know what to do without dying it dark again which I'm trying tk avoid. can anyone suggest anything? or maybe something that will slowly lighten my all over hair color. I will not use bleach I'm in no rush just looking for something to make the re growth look better without going dark again :/

You could look into a colouring spray? They make things like that now instead of having to dye your hair when you notice regrowth you can just spray the colour on instead of dying your hair.

When I went back to my natural colour the salon put highlights through my hair to blend the regrowth with my natural shade. Granted it's a salon option but it's cheaper than a full dye.

You can always buy box dye. Its cheaper and you can do it yourself, or have a friend help. I personally do it myself because I need to make sure its done right.
