It's recommended for blondes who are trying to get the yellowish gold out of there hair. The purple shampoo counteracts the goldish yellow color. So I wouldn't use that everyday but like a once a week thing

No it doesn't burn there's no peroxide or ammonia in it it's simply shampoo
