Try urban decays 24/7 glide on I pencils. If that doesn't work Try the Buxom Insider Eyeliner. For a cheap drugstore one try the Maybelline ultra Liquid liner in Waterproof.

mac technakohl liner in graphblack. it's incredibly underrated I believe. nobody ever mentions it on here! I LOVE it, it is my hg eyeliner.

I have the same problem! I use a liquid liner over matte black eyeshadow. Right now I use Mary Kay but any one will do - try Wet n' Wild.
