I need help with hair dyeing!!

I have naturally dark brown hair and I have never changed it up so I'm thinking of dyeing it like the picture. I just don't know what I would ask the hairdresser. Can you leave suggestions of what you would call this??

Balayage. When you go see your hair dresser show them this picture and say that you would like your hair to look this way.
