I have bought from here multiple times and I've never had any problems. I don't recall exactly how you track the packages, but mine came in so quickly that I didn't even think about.
My personal experience has been great!

I've bought plenty. You can track it via the shipping email you received. You can also click on the account button (on the app), click orders, click your order number, and it'll tell you the status.
