Omg u basically just described me I have. Red hair fairish skin but blue eyes. Eyeliner: use a dark brown instead of black. Good eyeshadow colors are gold brown and pink. O I'm 13 2

Your gorgeous lol. I love your hair! I think shades of brown eyeshadows or gold would look good with your eye color, maybe brown or black eyeliner, light pink blush, and like a nude pink lip stick or even red as long as that's the focal point of your makeup. Also I think your hair would look really pretty curly and wavy.

I'd say purple eyeshadow or one that's bold and will show off your green eyes. Make your eyes stand out. Try to keep a nude lip, or at least keep it to a neutral/healthy colour. Don't make your brows too think either :)

I have green eyes and colours that look really good are plums, purples, coppers, browns, golds! A plum coloured eyeliner looks awesome on people with green eyes! It's close enough to black but makes the eyes pop
