I heard that if you put lipgloss on in the middle of your lips, it makes them look fuller. Is that true?

Yes I think so. my lips always look way bigger when I use lipgloss.

I think it does too. I think lighter and bright lipstick colours also make your lips look fuller (without over lining) and darker lipstick colours make your lips look smaller

Because of the gloss it catches the light so it does make your lips appear fuller (:
