I'm looking for a full coverage foundation which is either dewy or satin, by mate because it doesn't go well on my skin, I have quite a lot of acne and redness which I really want to cover, any recommendations? Apart from Mac because Mac makes me break out really bad, thank you 💖

Too Faced gives a satin finish and has good coverage. In my opinion, it's like a high-medium coverage. You know, more than a medium but less than what I consider FULL coverage.

Cakey is really in how a foundation is applied, not so much the foundation itself.

It depends on what you define as cakey.
Some people associate cakey makeup with just look like makeup or heavy whereas others define it as making the skin look textured.
If you define cakey as the second one then you should know that raised/bump types of acne can give a "cakey" appearance regardless of how good the foundation is, it's not going to magically make your skin smooth so just be sure you've got a good skincare routine down because I know some women just rely on makeup to cover acne rather than trying to treat it.
With that being said, if you want a good full coverage foundation that doesn't look heavy with little to no effort...I'd second the RCMA foundation. It has a nice satin finish to it and there's a huge color range.
