So I got my nose pierced a little over a month ago and didn't have many problems up until about a week ago when it got snagged on my shirt and it almost ripped out. Now there's a bump on it. I have tried aspirin and saltwater, not sure if I'm supposed to use it more than a week until I see an effect but not much has changed. yesterday I just washed it like I usually would and didn't put anything on it. this morning there was dry blood so I cleaned it off and now it's an even redder bigger bump. anyone's help would be greatly appreciated:(

I would go to your piercer and get them to check up on it. For now just clean it twice daily with saline and do a soak once a day. If you can, but a bandaid on it so it doesn't get caught on anything while it's healing.

Sea salt soak! 1/4 of non iodine salt ( I use the brand saxa salt, which is just a pound ) and I put it into a coffee mug and I leave my ear in there for 10 minutes or 5 sometimes, do the same for your nose and the lump should go within two weeks, blood and puss is all normal, it's a part of the healing process!

But I agree with alyx to go check on it to make sure you don't get any keloids or anything!:)
