I would just make them. Cut them to the length you want. Cut the holes using a scissor or a box cutter and then run them through the washer and dryer. The holes/ends will fray during the washing process.

If you don't have a pair that you are willing to part with, grab a $20 pair of Cherokee jeans from Walmart or something (you can pull the logo off with a seam ripper). Or even better get an already worn in pair at a thrift store.

It will probably cost less to make them... I havent seen them in stores or on any of the websites I visit.

You can get jeans from a thrift shop and try... if you mess up or want to try again, it will be like less than 10$
