I'm having the hardest time right now! A few months ago, I used a Neutrogena oil cleanser and it created 2 light spots(1-2 shades lighter than my actual complexion), that are the size of a dime on the bottom corners of my mouth. Fast forward to now,(I also stopped using the product once I noticed what happened to my skin) and they expanded! Now it's on my chin area and not even makeup can cover it for me.
Is there any creams out there I could use to lighten the rest of my facial skin to even my skin tone? I would hate to use skin bleach, but if I have no choice, I would do it.

If the spots keep expanding, I would use skin lighting cream. I've never had this problem before so I don't know any products, but you and just cover it up with makeup.

I would do some research on this and try to find natural products before you do a chemical treatment, because it's your skin and you don't want to further ruin it. Best of luck to you!!💜

Yes, there are products to help lighten the skin but they're normally temporary or at least you have to use it like once a week as upkeep.
I would use more Asian types of skin bleach. The Asian market has more experience with skin lightening and in general use more natural skin lighteners.
Look for creams with Kojic acid (which is derived from Japanese koji mushrooms)
There's Arbutin (which is from bear berry)
Glutathione (an antioxidant that is in everyone from what I recall but in higher amounts can lighten skin) this one has become popular cause it's gentle but effective and comes in different forms.
Aside from the usual soaps and creams this can be bought in pill form and in Taiwan they use glutathione shots to lighten skin.
I personally prefer either Kojic acid or Alpha Arbutin.
I've used glutathione soap before and it worked okay but I just preferred the others
With that being said I really liked the Diana Stalder cream that's in a plain white jar and says "whitening cream" or"bleaching cream" and it's a light yellow thick cream that you apply a small amount to damp skin.
You can get it on eBay.
There's another one on eBay for like $6 from like Thailand just type in "alpha arbutin" and it's in a small dropper type package.
There's "funky mommy" that has a Kojic acid lotion. Too.
Now, be aware these won't work right away. You'll have to use them for awhile, I believe it takes at least 6 months for the ingredients to help slow down the tryrosine(I don't know the exact spelling) which slows down melanin production.

Not trying to diagnose you or anything but if you're getting patches of depigmentation that are spreading, perhaps look up vitiligo? Just a thought. Best of luck 🙂
