Does anyone know how to get rid of the small colorless bumps on my forehead??

Mine all but disappeared when I started using a chemical exfoliant and a gentle, regenerating cream. I alternate between a AHA serum and retinol serum, but I always follow it up with the Mizon snail recovery gel or all-in-one snail cream.

Regular use of a chemical exfoliant should work wonders for most congested skin. Paula's Choice makes my favorite salicylic acid products, and I enjoy the nightly peel by Olay. Alpha Skincare makes some great glycolic acid formulas too.
You should start with salicylic acid imo if your condition is actually acne.
