You can use tape, to insure that the wings are even. they have stencils for winged liner now. or just keep practicing. I like Loreal Infallible Lacquer Liner in Blackest Black. it stays on all day, no smudging

Use the edge of a business card or a piece of cardstock to create your wing :)

Well practice makes perfect but I have a few tips! Do your eyebrows first, then use a brush or a straightedge and line it up with the outside of your nose to the end of your brow, mark a small dot along the line where you want the tip of your wing to be depending on how dramatic of a wing you want. Next, line your lash-line. Then follow your bottom eyelid and apply liner from the outside edge of your bottom lid to your dot, and make another line from the middle of your top lash line to your dot and simply fill in the rest! And of course clean up as necessary using concealer or makeup remover and voilà 😊

I personally don't like using tape as well it makes my eyeliner too thin. I always try to do my eyeliner as best as I can placing my elbow on a surface and pulling my eyes taut.

I use tape on the corner of my eye just to get the initial base line so that they start in the same place and then I take off the tape and do the top part and fill it in

Make sure the tape is all stuck down and there aren't any air bubbles. also make sure it's right on the outer corner and pointing toward the end of your brow
