Get an undereye concealer. And try tightlining your top waterline, it makes your eyes defined without looking like your wearing eyeliner

Sounds exactly like me, skin tone, hair and eye colour and all! I use the Makeup Revolution colour correcting palette, I use the colours on the bottom row (far left and far right) to colour correct my dark circles, then conceal with Collection lasting perfection concealer and set with the Collection lasting perfection pressed powder.
