Looks like she has a base color all over her brow bone and also on her lid (I thnik) in a color that is just slightly lighter then her skin tone. Then she use a white to highligt her inner conner.
Its hard to see if she used a crease color because of the lashes, but I'm sure she did - but it is proberbly a very ligt one, like just tiny bit darker then the base color.
Then she has a thick winged liner, liner on the tightline and waterline and she extended the eyeliner in the inner coner.
BIG lashes, mascara on the lowe lashes and little bit og the crease color under the lower lash line :)
Thats what it looks like to me :)

The lipstick reminds me of Mac velvet teddy, looks like she used a lot of bronzer around her forehead and cheeks, it looks like it's matte so maybe she used powder bronzer and concealer for highlight and a matte foundation

Major false eye lashes maybe even double lash? And definitely eyebrow gel or powder or pencil but most likely like a Dipbrow type
