Stubby nails and fake nails...

So I have the curse of short, wide, stubby nails. I don't mind them that much because I hardly paint my nails, but next week I'm going to get my nails done with my friends for a girls day and for a dance. They have manicures, but they also have the option for fake nails. Manicures normally look really weird on my fingers because they are so short they can hardly do anything-then it brings attention to how awkward my nails are. So I've been thinking about fake nails. I wouldn't do anything crazy, and I know all the bad things, but my question is if getting fake nails will help conceal or make my nails not look awkward but long and slim and nice instead. Thank you! (Ignore the gross leftover nail polish)

If you add a bit of length, they will probably make your nails appear longer and "slimmer"... if you are willing to treat yourself,I say go for it.

I say go for it. If you don't get acrylics all the time, they're not going to totally kill your nails. I get them done every once in a while - I have short, stubby nails that look like garbage because of my job. Fake ones has be always looked better than my real nails anyway 😂

I bite my nails too, and I've recently gotten acrylics again after about a year of having my last set off and I'm super happy I decided to get them again, it's just nice feeling a little more feminine and I like being able to paint my nails more and without making a giant mess haha!
