I have oily skin, and I currently use the Lacome foundation and use the anastasia contour kit, and it seems like by the end of the day my face looks worse, as in I'm basically shining brighter then the sun with oil! What is a good foundation and contouring products to use.

For oily skin a good drugstore option is the L'orèal infallible pro matte. Which is a fairly high medium coverage that's buildable.
As for more higher end I think the Cover FX custom cover drops mixed with a little bit of your favorite primer works amazing. I only use about a dime size amount of primer and about 6 drops for full coverage. It doesn't matter too much what primer since the drops themselves are very longwearing and even held up on me when I sweat and such.
As for a contour product, the contour kit from Kat Von D works great and has a nice cool toned shade. Plus, they're very pigmented so you only need a little

I highly suggest Estée Lauder Double Wear, it's medium to full coverage, lightweight, long wearing, and doesn't break down from skin's oils.
I also love the Cover FX Custom Cover Drops and use them with the Double Wear to get full coverage rather than having to build it up to the coverage I want by itself.
For contouring I suggest the Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Powder. It took me far too long to get this product and now that I have it I won't use anything else to contour, it's absolutely perfect

Agree with Hailey - the triad of using a good mattifiying primer, a decent setting powder plus a setting spray.
I've also got oily skin and stopped using both my ABH cream and powder contour kits, since I'd be shining away by 10am at work, despite using an oil-control primer (MUFE). Switching my oil-control primer brand (to Kevin Aucoin and Natasha Denona) and formulation (prefer the gel liquids that get absorbed into the skin) has made a big difference. I also assumed the ABH contour powders would "set" my make-up but it didn't. So changing my powder (now using Charlotte Tilbury) has also made a difference to the longegivity to my make-up.
There's a variety of setting and finishing sprays out there. I've tried Skindinivia (oil-control version) but prefer my MAC Fix+ Spray - find that it allows more "mobility" of my face and it looks more natural. The Skindinivia seemed to really set my make-up and I felt a bit like I was wearing a mask, but maybe I was spraying on too much product?
And like Alexis, I'm now also using the Kevin Aucoin Sculpting Powder. Very pigmented, good colour pay-off, blends easily. The 3 shades (light, medium, dark) are cool browns that give a natural shadow to the skin.
Foundations for oily skin - there's a lot out there and the ladies above have given you a good selection to choose from.
I've added the Natasha Denona Phenomattic Flawless Texture foundation to my collection. Using it with her primer = fantastic soft matte skin with zero shine the whole day. Amazing oil control! Whenever I wear it, I keep looking in the mirror to "catch my face out" for the shine but it just stays matte :) It's also "self-setting" so you don't have to use any additional powder after application.
Good luck with deciding what to use :)

I have oily skin and I think it's fine to use any foundation as long as you're using a good oil control underneath nars do a good oil control but it is quite pricey, Mac also do one but I find its just as effective to use an oil free moisturiser before applying maleup.
