I know NYX has really great options from slim pencils to promade. Smashbox also has a great slanted "brow tech" to go. And my personal favorite Hourglass brow sculpting pencil. Hope that can give you some help. Of course NYX is the most affordable of the bunch  :)

Yes look into NYX products, they have a good range of brow products and affords too! I use the micropencil and the eyebrow cake powder together at times, they work good!
