You can use the slanted one for gel eyeliners. I use the bigger one for tight lining the lash line, but I've also seen it being used for sharpening the eyebrows with concealer. I would use the smaller for smudging.

I use a brush like the first one for filling in my brows with powder. :)

Ohh I didn't know they were small! In that case then I definitely agree with Mar!

Yeah that middle one looks good for getting colour only in the crease or bottom lash line, and like Mar said, smudging

Left is for brows or gel eyeliners. The middle one is good for shading and packing some color to your lid. The last one could be used for Lower lashline!

Part of the fun of makeup brushes resides in the fact that there are just so many shapes. How one person would use one particular brush shape is usually different than how someone else would use that shape. Looking at those brush shapes, here's how I'd probably use them:
The slated brush on the left: I'd probably use that one like Deborah, to fill brows in with powder. The size and the width of the brush head looks a bit too big to get a precise line with a gel liner.(But that's just me.)
The brush in the middle: That's a cool little shader brush. It has an angle to it on both sides and a slightly pointed tip. You can use the tip of that brush to apply shadow over liner and then like Mar said, use it to smudge and soften a line. You could even flip that brush and apply a bit of highlight product and apply it to your brow bone or use the tip to make a sharper/stronger crease.
The brush on the far right: That looks like a large eye fluff to me. It looks a bit too long and dense to do tightline work with for me. A brush like that can be used in the crease, to apply highlight to the brow and to blend brow product and/or to apply brow pomade.. My favorite way to use a brush like that is for more detailed facial contouring.
There are no right or wrong answers here, just play around with them and see what works for you. ;)

In my opinion left to right: eyebrow brush, smudger brush to blend shadow under bottom lashes, highlight brows or inner corners, and last one I would say bfor concealer.
