I want a medium or build able to full coverage foundation for my extremely dry skin. I'm on accutane right now, so that's also why my skin is very dry, when I'm not on accutane I have normal skin with some dry areas like my nose, chin, and my forehead. My skin is pretty uneven and I need something to cover/help that. I've been looking into foundations for awhile but I just can't decide on one. Any Ideas? Liquid Foundation and fairly easy to blend would be great!:)

I use the L'oreal Lumi true match foundation. It's incredibly blend able and really easy to build up. I have rosacea and it covered it up completely without me having to use any kind of color corrector. I have heard that it sort of clings to dry patches if you don't use a moisturizer and a primer. If it doesn't work, it's only $10 so it's not a huge loss.

I get fairly dry and flaky when I get sunburned and the Smashbox Photo Finish primer is fantastic for smoothing everything out and making a good canvas for foundation. Best of luck!

I have extremely dry skin and I have been loving the tarte rain forest foundation.
Also it's about how you apply the foundation as much as it's about the formula. How do you apply yours?

The covergirl aqua smoothers compact makeup is amazing for dry skin and has such good coverage! I used that while I was on accutane.

I've been experimenting with ways to put it on, I've used a beauty blender, stippling brush, buffing brush, IT's airbrush foundation brush, etc. With the beauty blender it feels great on my dry skin, but the beauty blender takes up a lot of the product I've noticed.

Soak the beauty blender in water before use so it don't absorb too much product. it's personally my favourite method.

I have dry to normal skin & love Nars Sheer Glow, that's my full coverage go-to foundation I can always count on looking pretty :) It's also a semi matte finish so it photographs well.
