That looks great! You might need a light cardigan though. I don't know how professional places feel about bare shoulders (even if that is a dated rule) but I think it would be good to wear one just in case.

I agree with the cardigan for a first interview. It's a good idea to dress in black being that Macy's employees have to. Good luck!

I agree with the cardigan as well. I worked at Macy's for a bit and interviewed in a sleeveless dress with a light cardigan, the interviewer actually said I looked very nice (:
