I work at Braums and the environment is very fun and fast paced. But because of that + the fact that I live in TX and it's already warm outside it causes sweat. I sweat on my upper lip and temples.
Is there anything I can do to tame that? I've tried spray deoderant but I still get really shiny.
Also I've been getting GIANT cysts on my chin that scab up after I pop them. (I use a mask to help draw out the cyst/reduce swelling, and put the scantest amount of pressure) I only pop them when they come to a big, yellow head. Any idea why the cysts could be happening? I don't do any grill work.
Thanks!

You need to find ways to keep the body cool. Wearing hair up away from the neck and ears. Avoiding food and drink with caffeine, high sugar, or that is spicy/hot is a good start. Stay hydrated and wear breathable fabrics such as cotton and linen. Your feet should be kept cooler as well so look for all cotton booties and breathable shoes, like canvas (Chuck Taylors/Vans/Toms) or sandals that aren't plastic. You want the feet to breathe. They sell witch hazel wipes. On a humid day, these will help. Don't apply deodorants to the face; your face needs to sweat or your body can't cool down. It also will clog your pores, resulting in breakouts.
The area you are breaking out in sounds hormonal. I'd see a Dermatologist and also ask about possible birth control options that address hormonal acne.
Keep your products free from fragrance and drying alcohol. I'd also avoid products with parrafin, coconut oil, mineral oil, citrus oils and lavender.
When you clean skin, use a wash with tea tree oil or salicylic acid. You'd benefit by using an alcohol free toner and a BHA liquid, like Paula's Choice. Since you didn't state your skin runs dry, I think starting a BHA every 3rd day would be ideal. You can get Paula's BHA here.

She also has a Gel that some members here are very fond of and the formulation is effective.
Check the ingredients in not just skin care, but foundation and primer to be sure you avoid the irritants and potentially pore clogging ingredients I previously listed. You can pick up some blotting papers to help with the sweat as well, but again, I would definitely talk to a Derm.
I also recommend you pull back on hormone laden foods such as meat and dairy products right now and start drinking a cup of Green Tea (preferably with leaves from Japan such as Teavana) alternated with chamomile. This will help reduce inflammation and is good for skin both inside and out. Be sure you are using an all cotton pillowcase and change it every 3rd day.
Lastly, if you don't have a Clairsonic, I'd invest in one. You can get an older model Mia for much less cash. For moisturizing, keep it light with something like CeraVe PM. The Niacinamide is great for your skin and it's oil free/acne friendly. Since you need sun protection with BHA use, Paula's Choice or CeraVe AM are both great options.
Please, don't pop your cystic acne. You could seriously scar your face and it won't speed healing. sgain, Ask Your Doctor about Birth Control to target hormonal acne or an anti-biotic regimen. They'll know what to do based on your health. Be sure to mention the sweating as well. Sweating can be a side effect from other health issues.
My best to you.

Psst...You can kick start any skincare regimen with a deep cleaning facial and light peel that targets cystic acne. You'd see better, quicker results to start summer off right. :)
