Has anyone used the revlon lipsticks? I like the colors, just want to know if they work well and about how long they last. Thanks ladies!

Yes, I've used them but switched to much safer alternatives. http://www.livestrong.com/article/147632-ingredients-in-revlon-colorstay-lipstick/

I found that Revlon lipsticks don't have the color payoff I expect. I never use the ones I own.

I have only tried a purple by them a few years ago. it was just ok, nothing special. I much prefer the rimmel lipsticks... some of them compare to mac in my opinion

I feel like it depends on the color. Some work pretty good and others don't.
I like the Maybelline mattes, the wet n Wild MegaLast lipsticks as well as the Milani ones if you're looking for good lipstick from the drugstore.

I'm not sure about Revlon lipsticks since I've never tried them. But I do recommend checking out their just bitten kissable stains. they have a variety of different colors and they also have a matte line. The color will fade with time, but they leave a nice stain that will usually last you all day.

I've got a matte one called pink pout, it's a nice colour that stays on for a good amount of time unless I eat anything, it applies a bit patchy though which I don't like.

I like their stains they are actually really great the balm stains don't last as long as marker type stains but the balms are more vibrant in color - I like to use both the marker and balm together to get a really long lasting vibrant color.

Revlon sticks are my ride or die. I love the lip lacquer (Colorburst) chubby sticks and the just bitten kissable stains, matte chubby lip pencils sticks and butters. I always have a "stick" in my purse because, for me, they last all day and night without transfer and minimal touch-up. Even when they wear, they leave behind a pretty stain to the lip. The lip butters don't wear very long, but the creamy formula feels good on the lips and touch up is easy...that formula doesn't bunch up or crumble. With the butters, for maximum wear, I use a NYX, UD, MAC liner to fill in and then apply my lip butter atop. It gives a nice shine and keeps the lip pencils from drying me out. The matte balms work well with glosses so you can get double duty with them.
I own some high end lip colors that are gorgeous, but I still find myself constantly reaching for Revlon's sticks. They just perform so beautifully when I exfoliate my lips with a wet washcloth and apply a light layer..let dry or blot on my finger and then use a second coat. I don't think the tubes are anything special and so I don't even buy their regular lipsticks, but those sticks...I just adore them. I've found the reds and deeper pinks as well as deeper brown shades have the biggest, color payoff on me. Often Ulta and CVS has buy 1 get 50 percent off.

I have three of the Super Lustrous: Sassy Mauve (Creme), Wine with Everything (Creme) and Black Cherry (Creme). Sassy Mauve was my got to for everyday, and Wine with everything was my first red. They are good but I think it really depends on the color or finish. For drugstore I prefer the Maybelline Mattes and Rimmel ones.

I forgot about the Just Bitten kissable stains! I loved those. I need to buy me some more. they were amazing and so moisturizer even though they were matte.
They're lipsticks are alright. I havent used them in forever but the color payoff was quite nice in my experience, they're more of a satin finish and didnt last long for me personally (however I think me licking my lips a lot snd the fact that I'm always snacking/drinking something can be taken into account)

I don't tend to purchase them anymore just bc I'm always trying something new but I do adore them. They seem just as nice as mac lipsticks imo.

Loreal color riche or maybe Milani lipsticks are the only 2 drugstore lipsticks I prefer over them when I think about it. Pigmentation is good but they aren't really made for staying power. They are a very traditional old school formula but that does help keep your lips moisturized.

I have one & love it. I have the Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in ABSTRACT ORANGE, which is a beautiful reddish orange, leaning terracotta, but not muddy. Since it has a slight sheen, it wears really well, without being drying.
