I am on the search for a bomb drugstore primer that will help blur out my pores and keep my oil at a minimum or under control. I also want to try out a medium to full-coverage foundation that will withstand heat, sweat, and is transfer-proof. In addition, any setting powders and setting spray recommendations are welcomed!
Moreover, I would also like to know how you suggest me applying these products to my face. Thanks ladies (:

The only suggestions I have are the NYX Photo Loving Primer (I apply it with my fingers) and the NYX Matte Finish Setting Spray (:

Thank you! Do you use the Clear or Anti-Redness primer? (:

The L'orèal Magic base one works really good for larger pores and helping with oil.
As for foundation, their infallible pro matte is great.
I believe they even have the infallible setting spray but I haven't tried it.
But, a good inexpensive powder I like to use occasionally is corn starch.
Super effective. But I don't recommend it everyday because it can be a bit drying

Revlon colorstay for foundation I think would be your best bet. Just make sure you don't get the dry skin formula which will not help with oiliness:) The Wet n Wild setting spray is pretty great from the drugstore as well. I second Alexis on the Nyx primer!

Foundation wise: I like the Maybelline Fit Me! Matte and Poreless or Covergirl Clean Foundation. I pour a little onto the top of my hand and dab my brush in it.

I apply Almay smart shade cc luminous primer or L'oreal revitalift miracle blur pressing it instead of smudging. Right now I am loving the Milani 2 in 1 foundation ( no concealer is needed) with the up n up foundation brush, and then I pad my face with the real techniques sponge. I set my undereyes with E.l.f's undereye setting powder with e.l.f's blush brush, then I set the rest of my face with a powder puff with airspun translucent powder. I either set my make up with ben nye's (not drugstore) setting spray or the e.l.f one. I don't wear foundation most of the days, I usually use physicians formula cc cream, or e.l.f bb cream (with I just started using it last week, and I really like it) then I conceal my blemishes with wet n wild cream concealer and I use the same powders and tools as I do with the foundation.
