Try some of the TooFaced products, it's a little bit pricey, but it's my go to when it comes to eyes and mascara! Hope it helps love:)

my friend uses this and she got fuller brows.
I do a diy serum: mix castor oil, and sweet almond oil 50/50 and every night I brush my eyebrows with a clean mascara spoolie dipped in the oil, it has given me results to my over tweezed eyebrows.

Latisse.
I believe it's the only FDA approved product that actually is proven the make lashes longer.

It has to be bought with a prescription but with your doctors prescription you can get it online a bit  cheaper.
