Super Intense Black Eyeliner.

Please suggest few super intense black eyeliner who last a good time also and are not very pricey..
preferably gel or felt tip , but do suggest liquid also.

Although I haven't tried it, I've heard that Maybelline gel liner is really good.
This is what I do though, an angled brush dipped into mascara as eyeliner. Works a treat, one product works as two. I dip my angled brush into my mascara wand and then apply as normal.

Inglot gel liner is a great option. It's very pigmented, easy to work with and it will stay all day.

Gel: Maybelline gel liner or AMC Inglot 77 liner (the Inglot does dry out quickly though. Some mixing medium would be helpful to buy with it.)

Liquid: Nyc liquid liner. Hands down

Pencil: urban decay 24/7 liner

I have a felt tip liner I got from an Ipsy bag a while back and I love it, better than the Kat Von D one. The brand is called Absolute New York, the one I got is Nano Liner. They have different types of tips. But I love this! I reach for this every day. This hasn't dried out and is still very pigmented. Amazon sells them at 8.99 or you can go to the site for them. But that's my fave felt tip liner :)

I love the Rimmel scandal eyes gel liner. It lasts all day (is not waterproof though) and it's dark and intense if you set with a matte black eyeshadow. It's also one of the cheaper options from the drugstore and comes with a decent brush, but I use a different one. I'd definitely give it a go!

I like the L'orèal infallible gel liner I think it's pretty much the same product of their old L'orèal HIP line just repackaged.
Very pigmented and long wearing.

As for liquid, I really like the Milani infinite liquid liner. It's a total dupe for the MAC Liquidlast and it's VERY waterproof. It was actually kind of hard to get off. Had to use oil and hold it on with a cotton pad for about a minute
