I get mine balanced every 2 weeks. I like to have them replaced around every 3 months for hygienic purposes. But if any start to lift or get weak before the 3 months I will replace them individually. :) hope this helped.

And to answer your question Maha I basically follow the same thing Megan said except sometimes after 2-3 months I will remove them completely to let my nails breath because they can get really brittle and weak
