I'd say you're having a reaction to something. Have you used a new face cream?

It's on chest.

Have you used a new soap or shampoo that could have touched that point?

Hmmm. Whenever I get any type of breakouts on my chest it's usually hormonal and due to what I'm eating. I wonder if your skin just came in contact with something maybe food or anything that could have caused this bad reaction.

It might be pityriasis rosea. At first I thought it was ringworm but when I researched it to link to you the pityriasis rosea looks more like yours. It's considered to be from a viral infection and it just resolves on its own, as opposed to rosea which is a fungal.

Have you tried doing the glass test? You're the right age for meningitis, don't want to concern you but I'd definitely give it a go. Have you had any other symptoms, such as sickness, a headache, high temperature, a stiff neck, dislike of bright lights?

No had it for a while

Just another possibility. I once broke out in a red, burning rash on my neck & chest and found out it was my fragrance reacting to strong sunlight.

How long? Hours, days, weeks, months? I'd definitely do the glass test (where you press a clear glass to the rash, if it doesn't disappear seek medical attention).

Donna I thought you were 36 years old? Well either way I think it's best to see a doc if you have concerns.
