I'm going to Sephora or Ulta soon. I want something good, but not to expensive. Hopefully under 10.
& a suggestion for a fan brush.
I use the lighter color in this as a little bit of a highlight before my powder, but I'd like something a little more vibrant for after.

I don't know if there is anything full size under $10 at Sephora - but ULTA has some good options like NYX and other drug store brands including wet n wild.

Anything from the L'oreal Lumi line, like the powder highlighters and the liquid ones are really really good. The serum that you can mix into your foundation from that line is really lovely too, if you're looking for that all-over super healthy glow.
I know Colourpop isn't offered in stores, but their eyeshadow in the shade Girly is apparently an amazing highlight and it's $5.
The RealTechniques brush set for contouring has a really nice fan brush in it, however I've found that the setting powder brush in that set is the absolute best for highlight. It's the perfect size for swiping it down the nose and across the cheeks.
I know that the ABH glow kit is a little bit pricey, but if you want to splurge now on it or save up for it, you should totally go for it. It's $40 but that equates to $10 per pan of highlight. The ones in the glow kits are alllllmost the size of the full-size Illuminators that retail for $28. It's definitely a very very good investment. I hope you find something you love! :)

You may want to consider a shimmery champagne eye shadow. Many girls & guys use shadows as highlighters.

To me they are similar to Becca at a lower cost $8 down to $4 this is a pic of mine next to Becca Opal. City color do carry a lighter shade trio but be sure it says Highlight Trio not to be confused with their other trio's.:)

That Hollywood Boulevard is indeed very pretty. I remember Alma swatching that one for you on a previous thread Marleen. I guess I'm going to have to pick it up now.
I'm not big on highlighters... I only use Hourglass, Dior and Kevyn Aucoin, but if you want ANY kind of a glow, Alma is the Queen of the Glow: High end or drugstore, she's the Glow authority in my book. :)
Here's another thread that may be helpful... some really lovely highlighter swatches on this thread from both Alma and Marleen. :)

When I bought the sets last fall it was the second or 3rd collection walgreens came out with. Keep an eye out around Sept that's when they start to show sneak peeks on what's to come out.
Lol thanks Jackie, you know me too well,I love the glow ;)

Alma, thanks for the heads-up. Walgreens is out of my way. Rite-Aid is closer (which I don't care for). I only go to Walgreens when I'm in the neighborhood. But, it is my favorite, and I'm going to make it a point to go there more often.
