I have those on my forehead and It gets bad when I'm not sleeping enough. Try to get plenty of sleep and drink more water. I would also go see your dermatologist and see what they say

I would suggest looking into a proper exfoliator, the brush itself isn't going to give your skin the full exfoliation it needs. I suggest the Boscia Exfoliating Peel Gel, it's absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. It's not for acne, just for deep and effective but gentle exfoliation (:

Hey girl, I don't know if you're still interested but I got an AWESOME exfoliator in my birchbox in April that I am OBSESSED with, it's 100% natural and made from Moroccan red clay and argan stem cell and the first time I used it was actually life-changing. It's a little pricey but I personally think it's worth it. It's called Acure Pore-Minimizing Scrub. It smells kind of funky at first but it's not unbearable.

My forehead looks like that but strangely I've found moisturizing helped. Once I increased my skin hydration the bumps decreased.
