What ever foundation I use, it will always settle into my smile lines, lines on my forehead, and the line of my chin making me look 10x older. It is so annoying and I want to know how to get rid of it because I don't see a whole lot of people having this problem. I try setting those areas with powder too but it doesn't help at all. It happens with both powder and liquid foundations as well as both matte and dewy. Please help :(

Probably try to use less product in those areas.
I used to get smile lines, now I just put my foundation on with a buffing brush and when I'm done I just use whatever is left on the brush around the area where I get smile lines and hasn't had creasing there in awhile

Have you tried using a primer? I find that when I use a primer under my eyes my concealer does not crease. I also agree with using less product around those areas (:

Use a primer and don't apply your foundation with a heavy hand!

I agree with everyone above as well. One thing I have noticed that helps considerably however, is taking a small powder brush (along with a little powder) and lightly dusting it across the areas where the lines form, which buffs/blends it out as you go (I mean doing this throughout the day, well after you originally set it). Good luck Ceara and I hope that this helped! :)

Try a kabuki brush and primer. The kabuki brush will keep it from caking too much.
