My mom bought me Püare Minerals powder foundation as my first foundation many, many years ago and I never made the switch to liquid or mousse foundation. I have to wear a lot of other products under the powder to get the coverage I want, which I think defeats the purpose of using mineral makeup. Do you think it's time to make the switch to liquid? And if so, what brands and types do you recommend? I'm willing to buy a high-end foundation but drugstore would be ideal, if there are any good ones. Thank you so much in advance!

It won't stop autocorrecting the name of it. It's Püare Minerals

Hi Rachel, what is your skin type?
what finish are you looking for?

Oh gosh I'm sorry! I was so focused on the autocorrect. My skin type is very normal. I don't have any problems with dryness and I'm only a little oily on my nose. I'm looking for medium build-able coverage that's semi-matte.

The Urban Decay naked skin is a very beautiful foundation, I think you'd like it!

Drugstore favourites are the Maybelline Fit Me (it comes in multiple forumalas now for different skin types but go for the original for normal skin) and the L'Oreal Infalliable.

The L'orèal true match liquid foundation is great and there are lots of shades and undertones to choose from so you can definitely find a match and it has the coverage and finish you're looking for.

I like the Maybelline Fit Me foundation as well but I feel like it can get cakey. True Match looks a lot more natural in my opinion.
