I love a pretty full coverage foundation everyday. but with it already hitting 80 F here I have concerns. Melting is always a problem. I look greasy. I already use a primer and a matte foundation. I want to know if I used a bb cream, spot concealed then used mineral foundation to "set" the bb cream, would it work for summer? better than a liquid foundation.

I think MOST (of course there are exceptions) BB creams are a bit more emollient.
With the whole skincare+makeup a lot of them are a tad more emollient.
I know that there are some that are matte but they pretty much work as a matte foundation, it won't necessarily hold up any longer.

This is coming from someone that perspires on my face even in the winter, I used to get nervous a lot.

With that being said, I'd just try and get a longwearing makeup or try using powder and use a sealing spray.
There is also a primer that has anti-perspirant in it you could try, I believe it's the Mehron Skin Prep Pro which Jacqueline had recommended.
If you use a powder foundation with a dealing spray, I would first use a fixing spray like fix+ or rosewater to help the layers sort of merge together a little first and once that dries, go and spray a sealer spray like the Green Marble Selr spray and you'll be good to go. If you just use the sealer by itself it only seals the outer most layer so you really want to try and get the layer of powder, concealer etc.to merge together so the sealer works better
I haven't had a problem with my makeup melting off for awhile now.

For summer I always use powder. My favorite is bare minerals ready foundation! It's pretty good coverage better than their other powders and it has a satin matte finish!

My favorite is the green marble sealr which is alcohol based but it really works, my makeup doesn't budge but it's only available online like on cinemasecrets or makeupmedley I believe

So I tried the cc cream, concealer, mineral powder foundation combo. I did lightly highlight and contour. I really love the finish. I used Alba Botanica Even Advanced CC cream, then applied Hardcandy Glamoflauge Heavy Duty Concealer under my eyes and on small pimpland acne scars. Blending with a kabuki brush. I then a applied Revlon Colorstay Aqua Mineral makeup in Light Medium with a large fluffy powder brush. I contoured with Loreal Wear Infinite eyeshadow single in Sable, using my new Wet n Wild contour brush. I applied Giovi Magic Finish Cooked powder No 4 on the tops of my cheekbones, nose, cupids bow. I applied Santee Mineral Blush Palette No 4, the shimmery bronzer on forehead and cheeks.
