New app update doesn't display different makeup colors?

Hello ladies!! So in the latest update of the app, I find that when you are browsing through makeup that has the option of different colors (I.e. The different natasha denona's 5 eyeshadow palettes) I can only see the one default product, and swiping only shows more pictures of the same product! Even if I click on the different color options, the big picture remains the same. (I feel like in not making any sense) I would love to see the big picture change when I click on the different colors, like it did before!
The problem is, because where I live we don't get most of the brands, I rely heavily on the pictures to get an idea of the product. Now I feel like I can't see the colors properly because they look so small on my phone I can barely see the difference :(
Am I the only one with this problem? Am I doing something wrong? How do you visualize the different colors of a product, ladies?

I see what you mean Sabrina, it looks like we might have different versions. This is what I see, and no matter which shade I choose I see the same pic. Maybe they solved the problem in a newer version? :)

Or maybe yours is the android version, that seems to be better constructed than the iphone version!

Hi Mar, mine is an android, I didn't think about them being different. But we have contacted the team and hopefully they will look into this and get it fixed. in till then you can try and use our website to see full size pictures. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Sabrina I'm also having another issue, some products say out of stock on the app but once I go on to the website it's available that happened yesterday when I was ordering some js lipsticks.

That sounds like a glitch Maria, there's so much activity when the Jeffree Star lippies restock and often the app can't keep up, so I would always recommend you using the website when ordering products that sell out that fast. But I will let the team know this as well :)

I was able to get them :) but I was also waiting for the RCMA powder to come back in stock and on the app it kept saying out of stock but when I checked on the website it was also in stock but I had already placed my order. Thanks Sabrina I usually like the app because of the fast check out but I will double check on the website next time I plan on placing an order

I ordered the RCMA powder last night when checking out some JS lippies as well, and I can see on my order that the RCMA is a reserved item so they were not in stock, I think it's only the bigger orders where you order 2 or 3 that is in stock :)

Hi Hailey, it sounds like it's a problem with the update for the iPhone app so hopefully a new update with fix this! The team is on it, and as I said to Maria I would recommend you use the website when shopping with beautylish until the issue has been fixed :)

Ok thanks Sabrina!! :) and now that we're talking about this last update, I also noticed that reviews of products no longer show the pictures the reviewer uploaded (which were super helpful)
