To get rid of the redness you could apply a few drops of eye drops on your skin, it gets rid of redness in your eyes as well as your skin.

Not 100% sure on skin care regarding acne. But for makeup coverage, you need to use the colour wheel, green is opposite to red on the colour wheel, so green will counteract the redness. use a green concealer, they're not actually green they just have green undertones. that will take the redness out of your skin.
