This eyeshadow isn't totally shattered but it keeps gradually chipping. Should I crush it up and reset it with alcohol or should I do something else?

I would just leave it alone and be very careful with it. It's such a pigmented yet powdery formula, that you really don't have to dip your brush into it very hard in order to pick up enough color. That's just me though, I've never mended a shadow before.

I've broken MAC shadows and I've fixed it with alcohol plain old rubbing alcohol just use your finger wet it a bit with alcohol and mold it back together gently... Idk about that palette but it worked for me on my MAC! Hope this helps! Or you can just leave it alone and be careful if your worried but I think you will be fine ☺️

If you're bumping your palette around or if it's shifting around a bunch in a makeup bag, then I would definitely mend it with some rubbing alcohol. I had a broken shadow in a palette when I was traveling one time, and it got all over all of the other colors in there and ruined it. If it's just sitting on your counter though, it'll be fine like Marleen said because it's so pigmented :)
