Okay so I have horrendous sunken in undereyes and I really like the products I use but lately after I put on my concealer and set or bake my under eyes it looks like I didn't even put on the concealer and it just like disappeared and I was wondering if there was something I was doing wrong or if my skin just eats concealer.

Is your skin type very oily? Even just around your eyes? I've had two clients who had such oily skin, their skin ate the makeup all up and it was like I applied nothing. Oily skin in my experience has always been the main culprit for makeup disappearing right away.
If that is the case, of course use a mattifying moisturizer and/or primer, and try using powder products.
I wouldn't recommend baking because it smothers your skin, causing it to produce more oil.
If you're not oily, I can tell you the best way I've found to do under eye concealer on myself. (I'm normal to somewhat dry sometimes)
I use a cream concealer (mine is RCMA) because it's a little more heavy duty than a liquid concealer. To set, I use a damp beauty blender to apply Laura Mercier's Secret Brightening Powder. That solved several problems for me.
Lastly, in the RCMA highlight and contour palette that I use, there's also a peach shade that's great for brightening or correcting. Hope this helps!!
