I have been wearing fake glue on nails and acrylics for the past year. As a result my nails are extremely damaged. Particularly my thumb nails because when I wore fake glue ons they kept popping off every few days. Any ideas or advice on how to repair the damage?

Sadly the damage won't go away immediately. I have picked my nails since I was ten and my nails are still damaged from it. Don't put any nail polish and acrylics on them for a while! Drink plenty of water and milk. You can also take vitamins.
