I have the Laura mercier translucent loose setting powder. Can I set my whole face with this powder? Also can I use the translucent powder for under my eyes then use a regular setting powder? Thanks.

I use that powder under my eyes to set my concealer with the Real Techniques Setting Brush and all over my face to set it with a big fluffy brush (:
