Elf foundation get or pass??

I don't use their foundations, but I do like their tinted moisturizer. It's thicker so I get a little more coverage and set with my powder. I use my Samantha Chapman stippling brush and I get great coverage. I have to combine shades (even with expensive brands) but I never break out when using their products.
