I'm looking for maybe a face scrub or a moisturizer or a mask that will make my face look more even and less red and splotchy. The only way I can achieve this is to wear a foundation and powder or a tinted moisturizer. I would like to see less redness in my face without have to cover it up with makeup.

Get sheets of rice paper and moisten them with green tea then leave them on your face for 10-15 minutes. It is the most soothing, hydrating combonation and probably on of the only diy treatments that won't reck your skin. This will definetly soothe your red skin.

Eucerin makes a redness face wash and a moisturizer I believe. I definitely wouldn't be trying any scrubs because is just going to make it more red. Trying a Vitamin C Serum might help with making the rest of your skin more even.
As far as mask go I would try First Aid Beauty Sleeping Facial, Fresh, and Korres also have something similar but they are pricey compared to First Aid Beauty.

CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser and Moisturizing Lotion or Cream are also nice gentle options. But I would go with the Eucerin first because it is targeted for redness.

Clinique has great moisturizers for all skin types!! It's pricey but it keeps my skin moisturized, even toned, and radiant. As far as face wash, I use The Origin brand from Sephora. I have the exfoliant and regular foaming face wash and its evened out my skin tone quite nicely, while also moisturizing my skin.
