You can use dry shampoo, not only to cover oily roots but also to add volume. Put it more in the middle of your roots instead of the front of back then tease.

Using a texturizing spray or thickening mousse before blow drying will help make your hair my voluminous. Also round brushing your hair will help lift your hair at the roots. Also taking biotin will help strengthen the hair and make it appear thicker! Hope this helps!
