I don't have the patience to do my own nails so rarely do I ever paint them and even when I do I end up picking off the polish the next day anyways. I used to have acrylics and I absolutely loved them, I've been going back and forth with myself about getting them done again.

I do my own nails because neither of my jobs (gymnastics coach and nursery worker) allow gels or acrylics and the nursery doesn't allow nail polish at all. I only ever paint them when I know for sure that I won't be working. I don't mind though because with two jobs and school it's difficult to find the time to paint my nails!

I have about 300 bottles of opi and because of my job my nail varnish gets wrecked easily so I do my nails myself everyday.

I'm an art major in college so I'm naturally a creative person. I prefer to do my own nails. I'm always shaping and trimming them so they grow a nice length quickly. I honestly hate it when my nails aren't done and as soon as I get a chip in my polish, I redo them. :)
