So I have been having a lot of hair shedding especially brushing and taking it down from having it up, I don't put it in tight ponytails but it still doing it. I already have thin hair so it kinda worries me. What can I use to help?

Do you use heat tools often? thats one of the main causes of hair fall. also don't brush wet hair. use castor oil. keep hair moisturized. weak, dry hair tend to fall often. last but not the least, hair fall increases during winters and you can't do anything about that except treat it gently and do all of above.

No I try to stay away from using heat, I try not to brush it while its wet. What is a good hair strengthener to use that could help

I don't know any good hair strengtheners but you could use a DIY mask. it helped me a bit with hair fall. Mix equal parts yoghurt and honey and add in a tsp of any hair oil of your choice. apply it on dry hair for a while and then wash off.

You will always have some shedding, you can really do anything about that - I think they day you shed about 100-150 hairs a day! If your hair is damage in any way (bleach, dyes, heat and so on) your hair may shed a little more - But if you experience a lot more then this amout you could look into your diet and maybe see a doctor to see if you have any deficiency.

I feel like my hair falls of the most when I'm under a lot of stress. In addition to using a lot of heat tools. If it's a lot I would consult a dr.

You can use hair masks and strengtheners and stuff but also don't forget that healthy hair starts with a healthy body. I feel a lot of girls forget about that haha. Lpts of water and a good diet rich in omega 3 will help from the inside out. Then go ahead and use any topical treatments :)
