Biotine, fish oil , but talk to your doctor fist! And research which fish oil would benefit you the most! P.s biotine broke me out baaaad, so be cautious.

I'm using a treatment mast two egg yolks a 1/2 c olive oil and a 1/2c water for 20 min twice a week and I've noticed a difference in health and growth
