Keeping It Healthy Clarifying Shampoo.

Hey lovely ladies so I don't fully understand how much I should be using clarifying shampoo I have very damaged and dry hair so I only wash my hair 2 or 3 time's a week so that also means I use a lot of dry shampoo so a deep clean does make sense does anyone have any tips.

I think it's different for everyone. I don't think you should do it more than once a month. Although, for my dry hair, I would probably do it no more than every other month.

I like the Neutrogena one, it's one of the original clarifying shampoos. But I also like Nexus Aloe Rid. I don't like to spend a lot on a clarifying shampoo. I use Wen regularly and only cleanse once a week. My hair is so dry, I can literally go a month without washing (and I have) and it won't get greasy, and that's with adding hair oils 2 or 3 times a week! The only reason I haven't gone over a month is because my scalp will start to hurt. Don't know why, but as soon as I wash it, the soreness goes away.

Thank you so much Marleen I actually just went out and got Neutrogena one and it worked amazing because I got worried because I've been using so much dry shampoo
