No, when you get older and the phase passes you will have a scar. As you get older your outlook on you appearance will change & you may not be happy with the scar left behind. You're a beautiful girl! You don't need piercings!

When I was 14, I was into piercings too. I have my belly, 3 holes in each ear, plus cartilage, my nose and my tongue. All my piercings are either easy to hide, or pretty common. This way, it won't effect my career and I won't have scars. Just really think it through.

I've had my lip pierced for 8 years, and I've never regretted it! And I've definitely NEVER has a problem with jobs. Just make sure you keep it clean and take care of it, and if you don't like it- take it out! It isn't permanent! (:

If it's fine with work and you wanna get it, then go for it! You can always take it out if you end up not liking it. Just make sure you go to a really good piercer.
