Anybody have good exercise tips? Or tips on ways to get a flat stomach? I don't think I'm so out of shape I just feel like I need more exercise

This will be kind of hard to explain on here.. But my brother just got out of basic training and they did these sit ups called 21s and you would lay on the ground and someone would hold your feet you would start on the ground and do 21 going half way up, then you would start sitting up and go half way back 21 times and then you would do 21 full sit ups! It's an awesome ab work out!
They also did another one where you lay flat on the ground(but keep your head up) then you lift your legs about and inch off the ground then you lift them up back down to an inch off the ground and then open your legs and then close them. ( I hope these help and make since, I tried explains them as best as I could!(:)

If your willing to invest and buy it and do it, get insanity the workout tapes. I have been doing them for a while now and have definitely been seeing results, it's hard but worth it. Also majorly cut back on calories and eat only meats, fish, veggies, fruit, and some dairy. Or really go hard on the cardio like jogging and running, anything that gets your heart beat going for a long period of time. Also drink tons of water.

Drink lots of water before and after every meal, it helps fill your stomach so you don't eat as much and speeds your metabolism. And look up some PopPilates videos for cardio on youtube- the girl is kind of annoying but she has really good excersizes!

Try this app if its available on your device. I'm on Android so I don't know for sure if its available on iPhone. I haven't started officially using this myself but have re-downloaded the individual apps many times when trying to get into the habit of exercising because they seem to have the best workouts. Now they have all of them in one app which is handy. They are quick, simple workouts for each area of the body as well as cardio
