So lately I've been wanting to go back to black but have pink highlights. I love both, but there's days where I want to rock black hair but without getting rid of my pink hues. ( yes I'm indecisive) lol, so I was wondering if you ladies ever had experience with or know about any semi dyes or if the hair chalks can do the trick.
Sorry for my random rant lol

I've found that semi permanent blacks can fade into funky hues and I think that If you wanna keep the vibrancy of your pink highlights, you shouldn't try to cover them.
Maybe try putting some clip in extensions in so you can camouflage the pink, or wigs are also great (as you can see in my picture)

You wouldn't be able to cover the pink and have it fade back to the same color. Semi permanent blacks are usually blue or green based and it'll cancel out your pink leaving you with dark brown. Hair chalk is an option but it's messy and can stain, leaving you with uneven highlights in the end. I'd personally recommend picking one or the other style, as they'd be difficult to get out once you do it.
Acuarela's suggestion with extensions or a wig is a great idea, you'd be able to hide the pink without getting rid of it.

What I used to do in these situations is to just dye my hair black, wait a couple days, bleach certain parts, wait a day or two, then put in the pink. Always kept good color treated shampoos in mind. I know it may not be the best idea but I was able to keep my hair healthy by using extra conditioner haha :p but that was back in highschool I don't really do that anymore. Not enough time to color my hair when I want.
